Any high school deputy registrar for voter registration purposes who influences or attempts to influence any person during the registration process to affiliate with a political party or to affiliate with a specific political party upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-13-111.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462,§ 15, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 92: Entire section added, p. 623, § 2, effective July 1.
