Colorado Legal Code
Any person in authority at any precinct caucus, assembly, or convention who in any manner dishonestly, corruptly, or fraudulently performs any act devolving on him or her by virtue of the position of trust which he or she fills or knowingly aids or abets any other person to do any fraudulent, dishonest, or corrupt act or thing in reference to the carrying on of any precinct caucus, assembly, or convention or the ascertaining or promulgating of its true will upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-13-111.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 16, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 80: Entire article R&RE, p. 431, § 1, effective 1/1/1981. This section is similar to former § 1-13-112 as it existed prior to 1980. 2021 Ch. 462, was passed without a safety clause. See Colo. Const. art. V, § 1(3).
