Any person who intentionally interferes with any watcher while the watcher is discharging the watcher's duties set forth in section 1-7-108 (3) upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-13-111.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 24, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 80: Entire article R&RE, p. 433, § 1, effective 1/1/1981.
