If at any election provided by law any judge of election knowingly and willfully permits any person to vote who is not entitled to vote at such election, such judge commits a class 1 misdemeanor.Amended by 2022 Ch. 421, § 6, eff. 8/10/2022.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 26, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 80: Entire article R&RE, p. 433, § 1, effective 1/1/1981.
