Section 1-13-704 - Unlawfully permitting to vote

If at any election provided by law any judge of election knowingly and willfully permits any person to vote who is not entitled to vote at such election, such judge commits a class 1 misdemeanor.Amended by 2022 Ch. 421, § 6, eff. 8/10/2022.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 26, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 80: Entire article R&RE, p. 433, § 1, effective 1/1/1981. The provisions of this section are similar to provisions of several former sections as they existed prior to 1980. 2022 Ch. 421, was passed without a safety clause. See Colo. Const. art. V, § 1(3).
