§ 1-13-704-5

(1) Any person voting in any election provided by law knowing that he or she is not entitled to vote in such election commits a class 5 felony and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-401, C.R.S.(2) This section shall be enforced without regard to race, religion, gender, ethnicity, or national origin.L. 2006, 1st Ex.
