Section 1-13-705 - Personating elector

Any person who falsely personates any elector and votes at any election provided by law under the name of such elector commits a class 1 misdemeanor.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 27, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 80: Entire article R&RE, p. 433, § 1, effective 1/1/1981.
