Any person who votes by knowingly giving false information regarding the elector's place of present residence commits a class 5 felony and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-401, C.R.S.Amended by 2014 Ch. 160,§ 27, eff. 5/9/2014.L. 96: Entire section added, p. 1764, § 51, effective July 1.
