Any person who interferes with any voter who is inside the immediate voting area or is marking a ballot or operating a voting device or electronic voting device at any election provided by law upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-13-111.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 33, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 80: Entire article R&RE, p. 434, § 1, effective 1/1/1981.
