Section 1-4-1402 - Applicability of part

This part 14 shall apply to any ballot question that seeks to lengthen, shorten, or eliminate the limitations on terms of office for a district attorney pursuant to section 11 (2) of article XVIII of the state constitution. Elections in which such ballot questions appear on the ballot shall be conducted pursuant to the provisions of this code unless otherwise provided for in this part 14.L. 2010: Entire part added, (SB 10-070), ch. 238, p. 1041, §1, effective May 20.
