No later than sixty days before a primary or general election, any registered elector who is unaffiliated with a political party or political organization may give notice in writing to the clerk and recorder of the county in which such elector resides offering to serve as an election judge and stating that the elector is a registered elector and is unaffiliated with any political party or political organization.Amended by 2018 Ch. 262,§ 16, eff. 5/29/2018.L. 2002: Entire section added, p. 1631, § 9, effective June 7.
