Colorado Legal Code
For all general, primary, odd-year, coordinated, recall, and congressional vacancy elections, the county clerk and recorder shall conduct the election by mail ballot under the supervision of, and subject to rules promulgated in accordance with article 4 of title 24, C.R.S., by, the secretary of state.Amended by 2016 Ch. 173, § 52, eff. 5/18/2016.Amended by 2013 Ch. 185, § 82, eff. 5/10/2013.L. 92: Entire article R&RE, p. 753, § 10, effective 1/1/1993.
