Societies authorized to do business in this state shall be subject to the same provisions and requirements regarding service of process as life insurers in accordance with section 10-3-107.L. 93: Entire article amended with relocations, p. 607, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 10-14-118 as it existed prior to 1993.
