Section 10-16-167 - Medical aid-in-dying - carrier prohibitions

(1) A carrier shall not:(a) Deny or alter benefits otherwise available to a covered individual with a terminal disease based on the availability of medical aid-in-dying pursuant to article 48 of title 25.(b) Attempt to coerce an individual with a terminal disease to make a request for medical aid-in-dying medication.Added by 2024 Ch. 406,§ 20, eff. 8/7/2024.2024 Ch. 406, was passed without a safety clause.
