Section 10-16-1313 - Severability

If any provision of this part 13 or application thereof to any person or circumstances is judged invalid, the invalidity does not affect provisions or applications of this part 13 that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this part 13 are declared severable.Added by 2021 Ch. 241,§ 1, eff. 6/16/2021.
