Section 10-16-405 - Fiduciary responsibilities

Any director, officer, or partner of a health maintenance organization who receives, collects, disburses, or invests funds in connection with the activities of such organization shall be responsible for such funds in a fiduciary relationship to the enrollees.L. 92: Entire article R&RE, p. 1700, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 10-17-107 as it existed prior to 1992.
