Section 10-16-426 - Medicare supplement benefit standards

Except for the requirements of section 10-18-105, the provisions of article 18 of this title shall not apply to all health maintenance organizations granted a certificate of authority under part 1 of this article or this part 4.L. 92: Entire article R&RE, p. 1713, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 10-17-132 as it existed prior to 1992.
