Section 10-7-308 - Waiver prohibited

No agreement between the company and the policyholder or applicant for insurance contrary to the provisions of sections 10-7-301 to 10-7-307, or contrary to the provisions of section 10-3-205, shall be held to waive any of such provisions.L. 61: p. 465, § 8.
