Every insurer, health-care service plan, or other entity providing medicare supplement insurance or benefits in this state that advertises medicare supplement insurance shall provide the commissioner a written copy of the medicare supplement advertisement used in this state. If there is a complaint filed about a radio or television advertisement, the commissioner may request an audio or video recording from those entities.Amended by 2022 Ch. 421,§19, eff. 8/10/2022.L. 89: Entire article R&RE, p. 502, § 1, effective July 1. 2022 Ch. 421, was passed without a safety clause.
