The corporate name of any company organized under this article shall contain the word 'mutual' and shall not be the same as and shall be distinguishable on the records of the secretary of state from the name of any domestic company or of any foreign or alien company authorized to transact business in this state.L. 91: Entire part added, p. 1220, § 1, effective May 24.
