Section 10-4-118 - Severability

If any provision or clause of this part 1 or application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this part 1 that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this title are declared to be severable.L. 2004: Entire section added, p. 1973, § 4, effective August 4; entire section added, p. 1981, § 2, effective 1/1/2005.This section was originally numbered as § 10-4-117 in House Bill 04-1236 but was renumbered on revision and is identical to § 10-4-118 as enacted by House Bill 04-1292.
