Section 10-4-1206 - Effective date

This part 12 shall take effect July 1, 1992. Controlled insurers and controlling producers who are not in compliance with section 10-4-1202 as of such date shall have sixty days thereafter to come into compliance with said section and shall, in addition, comply with section 10-4-1203 beginning with all policies written or renewed on or after the sixty-first day after the said date.L. 92: Entire part added, p. 1491, § 19, effective July 1.
