Any final action or order of the commissioner issued pursuant to this part 18 is subject to judicial review by the court of appeals pursuant to section 24-4-106 (11).Added by 2023 Ch. 170,§ 1, eff. 8/7/2023.2023 Ch. 170, was passed without a safety clause. See Colo. Const. art. V, § 1(3).
