Section 10-4-606 - Further notice

When automobile bodily injury and property damage liability coverage is canceled, other than for nonpayment of premium, or in the event of failure to renew automobile bodily injury and property damage liability coverage to which section 10-4-604 applies, the insurer shall notify the named insured of his possible eligibility for automobile liability insurance through an assigned risk plan established pursuant to section 10-4-412 and shall notify the insured as to where he may obtain information concerning such plan. Such notice shall accompany or be included in the notice of cancellation or the notice of intent not to renew.L. 69: p. 551, § 6. C.R.S. 1963: § 72-30-6.
