Section 10-3-114 - Violations - penalty

Any officer, director, clerk, employee, or agent of any such company who receives or pays out, or orders the payment of, any money, or incurs any obligation for the payment of money, in violation of the terms of section 10-3-113 commits a class 2 misdemeanor.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 112, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 13: p. 346, § 33. Section 803(2) of chapter 462 (SB 21-271), Session Laws of Colorado 2021, provides that the act changing this section applies to offenses committed on or after March 1, 2022.
