Section 10-3-1103 - Unfair methods of competition - unfair or deceptive acts or practices - prohibited

No person shall engage in this state in any trade practice which is defined in this part 11 as, or determined pursuant to section 10-3-1107 to be, an unfair method of competition or an unfair or deceptive act or practice in the business of insurance.L. 73: R&RE, p. 858, § 1. C.R.S. 1963: § 72-14-3.
