Section 10-3-1302 - Legislative declaration

The general assembly declares that the purpose of this article is to recognize the use of replacement automobile crash parts by requiring disclosure when any use is proposed of a nonoriginal equipment replacement crash part, and by requiring that the manufacturer of any such replacement crash part be adequately identified.L. 89: Entire part added, p. 450, § 1, effective July 1.
