Section 10-3-1402 - Purpose

The purpose of this part 14 is to authorize the commissioner to regulate the formation or operation, or both, of risk retention groups and purchasing groups in this state formed pursuant to the provisions of the federal 'Liability Risk Retention Act of 1986', to the extent permitted by such federal law.L. 91: Entire part added, p. 1248, § 10, effective July 1.
