Section 10-3-236 - Assets acquired through merger, consolidation, or reinsurance

Any investments acquired through merger, consolidation, or reinsurance that are not admitted assets under this title 10, other than article 15 of this title 10, and article 14 of title 24 are not deemed admitted assets by reason of their acquisition through merger, consolidation, or reinsurance.Amended by 2020 Ch. 87, § 6, eff. 9/14/2020.L. 69: p. 499, § 5.
