Section 10-3-407 - Costs of direct supervision

All costs incident to the services of direct supervision shall be determined by the commissioner, and all reasonable costs so determined shall be a charge against the assets and funds of the insurance company so directly supervised.L. 69: p. 546, § 3. C.R.S. 1963: § 72-29-7.
