Section 10-3-411 - Penalties for noncompliance

Any insurance company or any officer or official thereof who willfully fails to comply with an order of the commissioner while such insurance company is under direct supervision of the commissioner commits a class 2 misdemeanor.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 113, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 69: p. 547, § 3.
