Section 10-3-559 - Severability

If any provision of this part 5 or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is for any reason held to be invalid, the remainder of this part 5 and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.L. 92: Entire part R&RE, p. 1484, § 14, effective July 1.
