Section 10-3-812 - Receivership

Whenever it appears to the commissioner that any person has committed a violation of this part 8 that so impairs the financial condition of a domestic insurer as to threaten insolvency or make the further transaction of business by it hazardous to its policyholders, creditors, shareholders, or the public, the commissioner may proceed as provided in part 4 or 5 of this article.Part 8 repealed and reenacted by 2014 Ch. 312, § 2, eff. 7/1/2014.This section is similar to former § 10-3-811 as it existed prior to 2014.
