(1) If a person fails to pay a penalty or make complete restitution as directed by the commissioner under section 10-3-904.6(5)(a) or (5)(b), the commissioner may: (a) Refer the matter to the attorney general for enforcement; or(b) Cancel or revoke any permit, license, certificate of authority, certificate, registration, or other authorization issued to such person.L. 93: Entire section added, p. 334, § 1, effective July 1.
