Section 11-102-304 - Commissioner's annual report - publications

For each calendar year, the commissioner shall compile and publish an annual report in such form and containing such information as the commissioner may determine necessary to reasonably summarize the operations of the division during such year.L. 2003: Entire article added with relocations, p. 1073, § 3, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 11-2-110 as it existed prior to 2003.
