The provisions of section 15-10-111, C.R.S., shall apply on the death of a lessee of a safe deposit box as defined in section 11-101-401.L. 2003: Entire article added with relocations, p. 1127, § 3, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 11-9-105 as it existed prior to 2003.
