Section 11-38-112 - Application of article

This article shall apply to all reverse mortgages entered into on and after July 1, 1992, and shall not invalidate any reverse mortgage entered into prior to July 1, 1992.L. 92: Entire article added, p. 943, § 1, effective April 23.
