Section 11-59-120 - Effective date

The rule-making authority of the securities commissioner and the provisions of section 11-59-104 (1) take effect July 1, 1991, and, unless otherwise provided, all other provisions of this article 59 take effect January 1, 1992.Amended by 2022 Ch. 102, §2, eff. 8/10/2022.L. 91: Entire article added, p. 2422, § 1, effective 1/1/1992. 2022 Ch. 102, was passed without a safety clause.
