Section 11-41-102 - Restriction on corporate name

The name of each domestic association incorporated on or after May 17, 1939, shall include the words 'savings and loan association'. If the name of the domestic association contains the words 'savings and loan association', it need not comply with the requirements of part 6 of article 90 of title 7, C.R.S. No association shall include in its name the words 'guaranty' or 'guarantee' or 'mutual', unless organized without stock, or 'permanent', unless organized with stock.
