(1) The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of:(a) The minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age; or(b) The minor's death.L. 84: Entire article R&RE, p. 392, § 1, effective July 1.
