Section 12-105-110 - When the director admits applicant

If the director finds that the applicant meets the qualifications of sections 12-105-108 and 12-105-111 and has submitted any other credentials required by the director for admission to the examination and has paid the required fee, the director shall admit the applicant to examination.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-8-113 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.L. 77: Entire article R&RE, p. 617, § 1, effective July 1.
