(1) A partnership, corporation, limited liability company, joint stock association, or other entity is not eligible for licensure under this part 3.(2) An entity may practice or offer to practice land surveying in this state only if the individual in responsible charge of the entity's land surveying activities in this state is a professional land surveyor.
