Section 12-120-308 - Reconsideration and review of board actions

The board, on its own motion or upon application, at any time after the imposition of any discipline as provided in section 12-120-307, may reconsider its prior action and reinstate or restore the license or terminate probation or reduce the severity of its prior disciplinary action.
