Section 12-130-118 - Architecture, engineering, and surveying

Nothing in this article 130 shall be construed to authorize a landscape architect to engage in the practice of architecture, as defined in part 4 of article 120 of this title 12, the practice of engineering, as defined in part 2 of article 120 of this title 12, or professional land surveying, as defined in part 3 of article 120 of this title 12.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-45-119 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.This section is similar to former § 12-45-119 as it existed prior to 2019.
