The division and the division of parks and wildlife shall develop a system to provide a written notice with each hunting or fishing license, at the time of issuance, stating that it is illegal to provide outfitting services in Colorado without registering with the division.Added by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.This section is similar to former § 12-55.5-116.5 as it existed prior to 2019.
