Section 12-145-118 - Repeal of article - review of functions

This article 145 is repealed, effective September 1, 2025. Before the repeal, the powers, duties, and functions of the division specified in this article 145 are scheduled for review in accordance with section 24-34-104.Added by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.This section is similar to former § 12-55.5-117 as it existed prior to 2019.
