A person licensed pursuant to this title 12 is not subject to any disciplinary action related to the administration of medical marijuana in a nonsmokeable form in a school to a student with a valid medical marijuana recommendation pursuant to section 22-1-119.3.Added by 2021 Ch. 96,§ 5, eff. 9/7/2021.2021 Ch. 96, was passed without a safety clause.
