The commissioner of insurance may require a health-care provider, after a hearing pursuant to section 10-16-1306, to participate in a standardized plan, as defined in section 10-16-1303 (14), and accept the reimbursement rate described in section 10-16-1306.Added by 2021 Ch. 241, § 5, eff. 6/16/2021.
