Any natural person, firm, partnership, limited liability company, association, or corporation violating the provisions of this part 2 by acting as real estate broker in this state without having obtained a license or by acting as real estate broker after the broker's license has been revoked or during any period for which the license may have been suspended commits a class 2 misdemeanor.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 134, eff. 3/1/2022.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-61-119 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.This section is similar to former § 12-61-119 as it existed prior to 2019.
