Section 12-1-103 - Definitions

As used in this title 12, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Department' means the department of regulatory agencies created in section 24-1-122.(2) 'Executive director' means the executive director of the department or the executive director's designee.(3) 'Profession or occupation', 'profession', or 'occupation' means an activity subject to regulation by a part or article of this title 12.Added by 2019 Ch. 136,§ 1, eff. 10/1/2019.
