Section 12-200-115 - Powers and duties of the executive director of the department of public health and environment - rules

The executive director of the department of public health and environment shall promulgate rules relating to the proper cleaning and sterilization of needles to be used in the practice of acupuncture and the sanitation of acupuncture offices.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-29.5-111 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.L. 89: Entire article added, p. 661, § 1, effective June 6.
